Return and Refund policy


We are very confident you will love your new item. This is why we offer a no quibble returns policy that lasts 30 days for UK buyers and 45 days for overseas buyers.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund you in full.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if you are returning your item due to a fault on our side like damage or poor quality, for example. We will cover the postage cost.
